About us:
We specialise in complete kitchen deep cleaning, including fan, ductwork and canopy. We have considerable knowledge and experience in maintaining extraction systems, We hold many contracts for independent hotels and restaurants through out Scotland.

Filters simply cannot eliminate the vaporised grease that today's commercial kitchens generate. This greasy residue's then condenses and builds up on the canopy plenum, duct and fan surfaces. This residue can ignite from the heat of cooking. The grease then acts as a fuse, carrying the fire throughout the building at an alarming rate.
Health & Safety at work regulations and the Fire Regulations require that those responsible for the workplace must carry out a risk assessment of the grease extraction systems and act upon the results of the risk assessment to eliminate or at the very least minimise the ‘Risk of Fire'
